As the founder of XLR8 Leader, David specializes in developing Dream Teams, leadership pipelines, and Sunday systems that scale. He has coached churches through growth seasons, team rebuilds, and leadership transitions, helping teams move from survival mode into momentum.
 
David is also the author of multiple leadership resources and playbooks focused on team culture, clarity, and capacity. His teaching style is direct, relatable, and action-oriented, equipping leaders with tools they can actually implement on Monday, not just ideas they hear on Sunday.
