STORY
XLR8 was born in 2023—formed in the heart of Coach Dave after attending Launch with Association of Related Churches. What started as obedience turned into assignment.
After helping a church in Norfolk, Virginia launch, a pattern became obvious: Our assignment was to help leaders develop systems that grow their churches.
We provide coaching, consulting, intensives, and resources, XLR8 helps churches grow healthy before they grow large.
XLR8 was created to serve pastors, leaders, and teams who carry real vision, and feel the real weight that comes with it.
